Josselyne began her career in 1986 as a producer for Zanders Animation Parlor, where she produced animated commercials and developed animated television programming and films.  She moved into the interactive Television world as Director of Production ACTV Interactive TV where she supervised the production of 150+ episodes of original programming. She has produced 300+ commercials most of which she was a creative force in them as well.

My stage debut was at the age of four. I played Cupid in Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.  I wore panty hose on my hands as hooves.  I was hooked. After graduating from NYU, I co-founded a theatre company, OverDrive Productions, and dove head first into the wild world of producing theatre in New York City.  I emoted, danced and sang on stages large and small in NYC, made films, and earned my Equity card doing regional theatre.



Monica Sharma, trained as a physician and epidemiologist, worked for the United Nations since 1988 for 22 years. Currently, she engages worldwide as an International Expert and Practitioner on Leadership Development for sustainable and equitable change.  She works with United Nations, Universities, Management Institutions, governments, business, media and civil society organizations. She is the Tata Chair Professor at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai. As a practitioner, her proven track record of generating measurable results at scale, as well as enhancing leadership on every continent, is unique.
